Educational purpose only — not credit repair

All tools, workbooks, calculators, checklists and written material on this site are provided for general educational purposes. They are not credit repair services, credit counseling, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice or financial advice. I am not a credit repair organization and I do not dispute, remove or negotiate items on your credit report on your behalf. No improvement in your credit score, removal of any item, or approval of any loan is promised, predicted or guaranteed.

Under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act you have the right to obtain your credit report and to dispute information you believe is inaccurate yourself, at no cost. You never need to pay anyone to exercise that right.

Not a loan commitment

I am a licensed real estate sales associate, not a lender, mortgage broker or loan originator. Nothing on this site is an offer or commitment to lend, a pre-qualification, a pre-approval, or a guarantee of loan approval, amount, rate or terms. All credit and lending decisions are made solely by licensed lenders applying their own underwriting standards.

No agency relationship from using this site

Using this site, submitting a form, or downloading a workbook does not create a brokerage, agency, or fiduciary relationship between us. A real estate brokerage relationship is created only by a written agreement as required under Florida law.

Assistance programs and third-party information

Descriptions of down payment assistance programs, lending guidelines and market conventions are summaries of publicly available information that changes frequently and without notice. Amounts, income limits, eligibility rules and funding availability are set by the administering agencies, not by me. Always confirm current terms with the agency or a licensed lender before acting. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements; I am not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.

Paid products

Paid workbooks are digital products delivered electronically and are processed through Stripe. Because they are delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable; if something goes wrong with your delivery, contact me and I will make it right.

Intellectual property

The content, workbooks, layout and code of this site are owned by Greggory A. Jordan unless otherwise noted, and are for your personal, non-commercial use. Please do not republish or resell them. REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark of the National Association of REALTORS®.

Fair housing

All real estate advertised on or through this site is subject to the federal Fair Housing Act and the Florida Fair Housing Act, which make it illegal to advertise any preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin, or an intention to make any such preference, limitation or discrimination.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. I do not warrant that the content is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida.

These terms may be updated at any time, and the current version will always be posted here.
