What this policy covers

This policy describes how Greggory A. Jordan, a licensed Florida real estate sales associate (license #SL3662816), collects and uses information through the website at greggoryjordan.com. It does not cover any third-party website you reach from here, including the Credit Blueprint application, which is governed by its own policy.

Information collected

Information you give me. When you submit the contact form, request a workbook download, or email or call me, I receive what you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, a self-reported credit score range, your buying timeline, and anything you write in the message field.

Technical information. The hosting provider for this site records standard server and request information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.

What is not collected. This site does not ask for your Social Security number, full date of birth, account numbers, or credit report data. Do not send those through the form. This site does not pull your credit report and does not run a credit check.

How the information is used

• To reply to your inquiry and provide the real estate services you asked about
• To send you the workbook or other material you requested
• To follow up by phone, text or email about homebuying and mortgage readiness, until you ask me to stop
• To refer you, with your agreement, to a licensed lender, inspector, title company or other professional
• To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed real estate professionals in Florida

Service providers

Form submissions on this site are transmitted and delivered to me by a third-party form service. Downloadable files and the site itself are delivered by a third-party hosting provider. Paid workbook purchases, if any, are processed by Stripe — payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach this site or me. Each of these providers processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Sharing

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing. Information is shared only with service providers described above, with professionals you agree to be referred to, with my brokerage where required for transaction or supervision purposes, or where required by law.

Retention

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to provide services and to satisfy legal and brokerage record-keeping requirements, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time to stop contacting you, to tell you what information I hold about you, or to delete it, by emailing help@credit2close.info or calling 863-288-0521. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights over your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics as published. It sets exactly one first-party cookie, named gj-theme, which stores a single word — either light or dark — so the site remembers your display preference on your next visit. It holds no personal information, is not used for tracking, is never shared, and is not read by anyone but this site. Clearing your browser cookies removes it. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this section must be updated and a cookie consent notice may be required.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and I take reasonable steps to protect the information I hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive financial details through a web form or email.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
